About the event

What information are Judges really looking for in custody/parenting cases? What do they find most helpful and consider “good” evidence? How do experts obtain the information they need to provide the “good” evidence to the Judge? How can attorney’s work with their clients to make sure they are providing valuable information and material to either the expert or the court? Our panel of Judges, experts, and attorneys will explore and answer all these questions to help you tune out the noise and the nonsense and focus in on what is actually helpful when determining what is in a child’s best interest.
